With over 25 years of experience in freeze-dried food innovation, our journey began in the pet nutrition space, where we established a respected European-made brand known for its premium quality and trusted sourcing.

Several years ago, we were approached by a manufacturing partner in Asia with an interest in collaborating. After working closely with their team and introducing them to our network of high-grade ingredient suppliers, they were able to replicate our standards precisely — while offering significantly reduced energy costs which gave greater production efficiency. This marked the beginning of a long-standing and highly successful partnership.

One of the key advantages quickly became clear: many of the highest-quality ingredients — such as chicken and tuna — are naturally sourced in the region. Thailand, for example, is globally recognised for producing premium chicken that performs exceptionally well in the freeze-drying process. By relocating our manufacturing to Asia, we were able to maintain our commitment to quality while optimizing our supply chain.

Processing in the Far East means we are not transporting frozen products which are 66% water and need refrigeration which results in significantly reduced transport costs.

Over more than a decade, we developed a strong, collaborative relationship with our manufacturing partners. Following the successful sale of our pet food brand, we recognized an exciting opportunity to bring this same model of quality, efficiency, and trust to the human food sector.

Today, we operate as a joint venture and have invested in a state-of-the-art facility, purpose-built to meet the needs of discerning food brands and distributors across the UK and Europe. Our team is proud to supply a growing portfolio of premium freeze-dried ingredients and finished products to a wide range of customers.

We are headquartered in London, with warehousing in both Cambridgeshire (UK) and Zevenaar (The Netherlands), ensuring reliable distribution and responsive service throughout the region.
